The Bungo Stray Dogs franchise is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a major live concert dedicated to Taku Iwasaki's score. This marks the first time the music will be performed live by a full band arrangement.
The event, titled "Bungo Stray Dogs -Mayoi Inutachi No Onso-", is set for May 4th at Osaka's ORIX Theater. Two additional dates are scheduled for May 23rd at Tokyo's Tachikawa Stage Garden. The concerts will combine live music with large screen projections showcasing memorable scenes from the anime and feature film.
Iwasaki will lead the band on keyboards. The lineup includes Tsuneo Imahori on guitar, Toshino Tanabe on bass, and Shun Minari on drums. Saxophonist Yuri Nakamura's group, synth player Funta7, and vocalists Lotus Juice and Miwa Sugai will also perform, alongside other supporting musicians.

Setlists will cover all six anime seasons and the movie. VIP tickets, priced at 18,200 yen (about $125 USD), offer front-row seats, a 24-page pamphlet, and venue-exclusive satin stickers. International tickets are available for overseas fans.
The Osaka show begins at 5:30 PM. Tokyo will host two slots, starting at 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. New voice announcements have been recorded specifically for each venue. This concert is part of a broader anniversary celebration that began in February with all-night screenings and continues through April with various collaborations. The original series premiered on April 7, 2016.
