Alphapolis confirmed a TV anime adaptation for the popular light novel series, Multi-Mind Mayhem, on Friday. The announcement included a teaser visual, revealing Yusuke Kobayashi will voice the protagonist, Bard.
The original light novel, penned by Ryousen Takami with art by Ririnra, has sold over 1.35 million copies. Honoji's manga adaptation, which began in 2015, continues its run, with the 14th volume hitting shelves this month from Alphapolis. For English readers, One Peace Books handles the print release, while Alpha Manga manages digital distribution.
The story centers on Bard, a noble heir in Mauricia whose body uniquely houses three separate souls. He shares his consciousness with Sanai Oka, a Sengoku-era warlord, and Masaharu Oka, a modern high school otaku. These minds work together: Sanai's tactical and commercial acumen sharpens Bard's leadership, and Masaharu's modern knowledge drives profitable innovations. This combination makes Bard an effective force in both territorial management and warfare.

While Yusuke Kobayashi is confirmed as the main voice actor, details regarding the animation studio, official premiere date, and additional cast members remain unannounced at the time of reporting. The teaser visual officially kicks off the adaptation process for this multi-souled protagonist's journey.
