The official site for Dorohedoro’s second season just dropped a new promo video, giving fans a look at the escalating chaos brewing in the Hole. Both TOHO animation and Netflix pushed out trailers that heavily feature Caiman’s relentless hunt, Nikaido’s involvement, and the introduction of fresh drama involving the Cross-Eyes gang.
(K)NoW_NAME is handling the music again. The PV features their opening track, "Zettai Must Danmen," while the ending theme, "Return to Head," will debut later. The clip itself is packed with fast cuts showing the reptile-headed Caiman taking on sorcerers, En’s crew continuing their machinations, and the new threats posed by the Cross-Eyes. Six new voice actors have also been announced to cover specific Cross-Eyes members.

MAPPA returns to handle the animation, with Yuichiro Hayashi directing. Tomohiro Kishi is handling character designs. Staff shifts include Miho Sugiura taking over as art director, and Itsuku Onishi promoted to color key. For those eager to see it early, a world premiere screening of the first three episodes is scheduled for Tokyo on March 22.
Season 2 officially hits screens on April 1 at 11 p.m. JST. It will stream almost simultaneously worldwide on both Crunchyroll and Netflix on a weekly basis following the premiere. Crunchyroll already carries the first season with multiple dubs available. Netflix has also confirmed their streaming plans.
Q Hayashida’s original manga, which Viz Media publishes in English, follows the amnesiac Caiman and Nikaido as they fight sorcerers in the grimy Hole, trying to reverse his lizard curse. After a six-year gap since the first season, this gritty return is set to deliver more of that signature surreal madness.
